Our Project Management team have years of experience and in depth knowledge of the intricacies of the deployment of large scale projects such as Godiva and Darwin.

Drive delivery, resolve problems and minimise costs

Our PM’s work with the customer to drive delivery, resolve problems and minimise costs.  Our role is to ensure that the project is delivered to the highest standard, advise on the organisational structure, identify risks, define quality standards, manage change, propose realistic timescales, work to customer plans and report on key milestones as well as risks and issues that have occurred.

Back Office Access team

Our experienced Back Office Access team has ability to support our dynamic work load and maximise the output of our field team. They are a vital cog in our delivery machine as they ensure that all our engineers have everything they need to attend site and get the job done!  The team have the ability to schedule efficiently, arrange access, raise permits, create Generic Risk Assessments and Method Statements and report back to the customer on a regular basis the status of each job and any issues they or the field team encountered. 

The team is also very flexible and where possible reschedule sites to allow any customer priority sites to be planned in at the shortest possible notice.  They also work with our Stores team to ensure that any hardware, PPE and tools are delivered to the relevant sites so that the engineer has everything they need to complete the work on time and to schedule.
